The premise, from Wikipedia –
In 1946, Peggy Carter must balance the routine office work she does for the Strategic Scientific Reserve (S.S.R) while secretly assisting Howard Stark, who finds himself framed for supplying deadly weapons to the top bidder. Carter is assisted by Stark’s butler, Edwin Jarvis, to find those responsible and dispose of the weapons.
It aired as a mid-season fill-in for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, and there was a beginning, middle, and end to the story arc. However, the last few moments left it wide open for a Season Two, so I’m doing my part to make sure TPTB know we want more of Hayley Atwell as Peggy!
I’m going to re-watch the series on ABC.com and Hulu (at the moment, only episodes 4 through 8 are there, but they’re free to watch). I’ve liked the official FB page, following on Twitter, and I’m gonna hashtag the heck outta #AgentCarter and #RenewAgentCarter.
