With only four more hours to go this Friday, I was scrambling a bit for something to post. Then I noticed a picture pop up on my computer (I have a screensaver set with my favorite photos), and I thought dipping into my archives and doing a Flashback Friday with Five Feathered Friends from Fall 2016 might just fit the bill (pun slightly intended).
Speaking of scrambling, as #HiveBloPoMo / #NaBloPoMo winds down, I’m realizing that while I enjoy the challenge of blogging every day, in order to be more successful at it, I need to plan a bit more. Back when I was posting consistently three to four times a week, I used a rather old school, printed out calendar page that I’d made notes on for what I wanted to post. I did that to a certain extent this month (although now the calendar page is on my computer & I use Paint to add notations..lol) and I think I’ll continue to do so going forward.
Now for the pictures, which were taken with my my Nikon (that I’d gotten as a gift from hubby earlier that year) affixed to my tripod) Durham New Hampshire yard.
