Welcome to Tarot Tuesday for the week of February 14 2017! My monthly free Tarot card readings were so popular, I decided to make them a weekly feature. I shout out just about everywhere when I have a new post up.
For those wondering, I use my Universal Waite Smith Tarot Deck to draw the cards, but since it’s so well loved (I’ve owned it for a bazillion years), I then substitute my Radiant Deck for the photographs. Also, while it probably doesn’t need to be said, I’m saying it anyway – this is for fun, and my messages should never be a substitute for your own good judgement and common sense. In fact, that applies to most things in life – if your gut tells you it’s not right, always listen.

Now, on to the reading! For today, since it’s Valentines day, I did things a little different – I only used cards in my deck that I felt had messages about love and relationships, and drew the three cards from that pile. So consider this week’s reading a love forecast of sorts. *grin*

1. Six of Cups
Happier times. You’ve discovered, or rediscovered something you love. Maybe a hobby long forgotten, or a person you’re reconnecting with. You now recognize how much you care. This is the start of something beautiful and meaningful – cherish it. This may also be a reminder that if you’re in the middle of some dark times, and you’re longing for the the idyllic days in your past, stop wasting your energy wishing for what’s gone. Focus instead on the positive memories, and use them to inspire new ones.
2. Ten of Pentacles
Success is at hand. Good things are coming for you – you might find more money coming in (like a raise at work), an improved living situation (even as simple as a new piece of furniture), or an overall positive atmosphere in your home. This card also means that not all wealth is material – having a family (not necessary related by blood) and friends can enrich your life as well, if not better, than money itself. You’ve either found your tribe, or you’re about to, and it will be like coming home.
3. The Lovers
True love. You’ve found someone or something that speaks to your soul. Now comes the hard part – keeping that love going. See how (on the card) the man is looking at the woman, but she is staring at the angelic creature in the sky? He has to trust when she says she’s seeing it, and she needs to communicate what she sees. Trust and communication. If this is about your soul’s passion, you need to trust yourself and communicate with those involved. Did I mention trust and communicate? *grin*
