Free Tarot Card Reading for the Week of May 30 2017

Welcome to Tarot Tuesday for the week of May 30 2017! My monthly free Tarot card readings were so popular, I decided to make them a weekly feature. If you want to catch the next one, be sure to follow my blog, stalk my Facebook, Twitter, or other social media (all my links are in the widget on the left). I shout out just about everywhere when I have a new post up.

For those wondering, I use my Universal Waite Smith Tarot Deck to draw the cards, but since it’s so well loved (I’ve owned it for a bazillion years), I then substitute my Radiant Deck for the photographs. Also, while it probably doesn’t need to be said, I’m saying it anyway – this is for fun, and my messages should never be a substitute for your own good judgement and common sense. In fact, that applies to most things in life – if your gut tells you it’s not right, always listen.

Oh, and since so many people have asked – yes, it’s absolutely okay (and wicked awesome!) to share this post! I have “Share this” buttons at the bottom of all my posts, and you’re welcome to post this on your wall, tweet, pin, stumble, tumble, or otherwise share this link to your social media of choice.

Now, on to the reading! Here’s a picture of the three I drew for today. Pick the card (or cards) that you’re drawn to, then scroll down to the bottom of this post for the card reveal and my short interpretation of what to expect in the upcoming week.

May 30 2017 Tarot, Front

1. Eight of Wands

Fly like the wind. Nothing is holding you back now! You got your bow ready by laying the groundwork, and now you’re shooting like an arrow through the sky towards your goal. Things will happen very fast, but try to remember all the crazy busyness is leading you in a very positive direction. Remember what Merida (who knows a thing or two about arrows) said – “There are those who say fate is something beyond our command. That destiny is not our own, but I know better. Our fate lives within us. You only have to be brave enough to see it.” Stay focused on the bullseye, and you’ll hit your target in no time flat!

2. The Chariot

Find your middle ground. As Mr Miyagi said, “Better learn balance. Balance is key. Balance good, karate good. Everything good. Balance bad, better pack up, go home. Understand?” Think of the two horses in the card as being negative and positive emotions – if you focus solely on urging one ahead to win the race, you’ll soon be off-balance and your carriage will overturn. Keep a tight and balanced hold on your reins, harness your power, and gallop ahead to victory.

3. Strength

Believe in yourself. People have told you time and time again that you couldn’t do it alone, because you weren’t (strong, smart, tough) enough. Nonsense! As Glinda said to Dorothy, “You don’t need to be helped any longer. You’ve always had the power to go back to Kansas.” Okay, maybe a visit to Auntie Em and Uncle Henry’s farm isn’t on your wish list, but you have the courage and compassion to tame the beast of self-doubt.

One last thing before you go…

*** ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT TO VOTE ***
***** Voting closes June 2nd, 2017 *****

For those who missed all my hootin’ and hollerin’, I’m over the moon right now because I’ve been nominated for one of the coveted 3rd Annual Bloggers Bash Awards! While there’s no chance I can attend the festivities in London (and given my competition, equally as doubtful I’ll have to write an acceptance speech), just the fact my humble little blog in included has me wicked psyched!

If anyone wants to cast a vote for me, here’s the link (I’m in the category, “Hidden Gem”) –

All you need to do is check off your choice, then hit the “VOTE” button – no email or photo ID needed. *grin*

Thank you to everyone who nominated me, and extra thanks to all those who visit, comment, share, and encourage me over at my little corner of the interwebz!

Bright blessings!

May 30 2017 Tarot. First, this is not a passive voice. Next, I am writing in an active voice. Therefore, my SEO will stop telling me how to write. Furthermore, these sentences are also shorter than twenty words. Rather, stop being so controlling. Especially since most of the sentences in this post are not mine. I will keep going while until you turn green. May 30 2017 Tarot. I can’t believe this is still orange. Finally, it has turned. Success! First, this is not a passive voice. 1. Oh my gawd, so spot on! I got the chariot and balance has been the issue of the week for me. Earlier in the week I was sick and it was really the result of too much work!

    1. Wicked awesome, Heidi! Not that you were sick, of course, but that the message spoke to you – LOL! Hope you’re feeling better, and bright blessings to you this week!
