Goldfinch Glimpses for a Feathered Friday on a Throwback Thursday

For a number of reasons, I’m taking a break from scanning old family photos for Throwback Thursday. However, since last week @melinda010100 said to me in a reply –

Look at all these wonderful bird photos! You could have easily used the #featheredfriday tag… It doesn’t have to be Friday!

I’m going to do just that! I decided to go with Goldfinches, because they’re one of my mother’s favorite birds, so I thought she’d enjoy having a whole post filled with them!

Since all of these were taken between May 2016 and April 2017, that makes them Throwback Thursday material. And I had to go for Goldfinch Glimpses because I’ve been feeling in an almost annoyingly alliterative mood lately. 😊
