Happy Moon Monday! As I mentioned in my last Moon Monday post, in the early morning hours of December 2nd, I noticed the moon (which had been full two nights before) was still visible above the trees. I was able to get outside and grab a few dozen shots, not only of La Luna, but of that daytime celestial body as well. Which is why I’m calling this, good morning Sun, good morning Moon! 😊
These aren’t filtered – I’ve just reduced the file size, and in some cases tweaked the exposure and/or sharpness a bit. The difference in the sky color comes from zooming in and out, and bumping the exposure up and down. And as almost always, these were taken with my Nikon affixed to my tripod), in my Durham New Hampshire yard.
