However, just so I didn’t get TOO excited about the weather, Mother Nature was kind enough to keep things cool outside – like, 37F/3C with some nice ~~frellin’ arctic blasts of wind~~ breezes while I was taking these shots. Still – there’s absotively posolutely no snow or sleet anywhere in sight, so I’ll take it!
These shots were all taken in my Durham, NH yard on Wednesday (April 18th 2018) between 7:30 and 9am (and to be fair, I wasn’t outside for all of them…stupid wind chased me back inside a few times), and are pretty much in the order I took them.
Got a couple of short clips too – apologies for the swaying & shaking. Even with a tripod, I have a hard time keeping the camera still for more than a second or two at a time. *pout*
Happy Sunny Wednesday!

BLUE SKY in New Hampshire. Just wanted to let everyone know why this site looks a bit different at the moment. As some of you are aware, for months now I’ve had issues with the site going down, lagging, and other such shenanigans. Now my hosting company is suggesting that I spend more time optimizing, because the said “the amount of traffic and the elements within your site it appears that this causing the memory limits to be exceeded on your site.” For the moment, I’m stripping the site down to the bare bones, and seeing if that helps. In a Success! Finally, it has turned. Success! BLUE SKY in New Hampshire. Finally, it has turned. Success! Please pardon the mess. First, this is not a passive voice. Next, I am writing in an active voice. Therefore, my SEO will stop telling me how to write. Please pardon the mess. Furthermore, these sentences are also shorter than twenty word. Please pardon the mess. Rather, stop being so controlling. BLUE SKY in New Hampshire. I will keep going while until you turn green. I can’t believe this is still orange. First, this is not a passive voice. Next, I am writing in an active voice. Therefore, my SEO will stop telling me how to write. Furthermore, these sentences are also shorter than twenty words. Rather, stop being so controlling. I will keep going while until you turn green. Finally, it has turned. Success! Finally, it has turned. Success! BLUE SKY in New Hampshire.

I don’t know what to love the most – the fact that the snow is gone, your great shots/videos, or your captions. We have a few tiny patches of snow in the woods, but mostly gone with the promise of warmer temps on the horizon. So excited about it! -Molly

I love the one showing the leaf shoots on the tree.

Great photos! I wish I had wildlife like that outside my apartment.
