Mercury Retrograde December 3rd through December 22nd

Almost time to go for another spin! The last of three Mercury Retrograde phases in 2017 arrives on December 3rd and lasts until December 22nd. Although technically, we actually have three and a half this year, since the last of 2016 overlapped into the first week of January. It starts and ends in the sign of Sagittarius. The Pre-Shadow started on November 15th and the Post-Shadow will end on January 10th, 2018 (click HERE to find out more about the Shadow period).

What does this mean for you? Since my astrology skills are still rusty, I turned to other places on the interwebz for answers.

From December 3-22 Mercury, the planet of communication and commerce, will travel retrograde in the philosophical sign of Sagittarius. Over these weeks you’ll have an opportunity to rethink your moral stance or what might be a self-righteous perspective concerning a specific area of your life. This will also be a valuable time to slow down and make sure you’re truly assimilating a subject matter you might be studying. Anticipate delays with travel — especially if you are traveling overseas. This will be a perfect time, however, to re-test for a certification of license that is due for renewal or to visit a part of the world you never have before.
