Since we have our second meeting of the Epping Writers’ Night Out this evening, I figured my first post-photo post (say that three times fast!) for Musing Monday should be about writing. As I’m rather obsessed fond of lists, I decided a top ten list would be in order. Since there are so many excellent writing resources out on the interwebz, I’m narrowing down this particular list to Facebook pages I follow. Granted, there’s tons of those as well, but these are the ones that post most of the things I *like* and save for later reference.
In no particular order –
1. New Hampshire Writers’ Project
2. The Writers’ Circle
3. Writer’s Digest
4. Gotham Writers’ Workshop
5. National Writing Project
6. The Writer’s Almanac
7. Grub Street
8. NaNoWriMo
9. Writers Write
10. Grammarly
Please shout out in the comments if you have a favorite not listed here. I’d love to add to my collection of “I’m looking at writerly things on Facebook, so this counts as research” pages. *grin*
I leave you with this inspiring comic posted on one of the above last month, done by the uber-talented Debbie Ridpath Ohi. This is something I struggle with all the time – nice to know I’m not alone…
Happy writing!
How was the writers’ night out?
In a word, AWESOME! Thanks for asking. ๐
