One hundred and fifteen years ago today, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry was born. My French copy of Le Petit Prince has gone to that wicked big library in the sky, but I still have my circa 1980s copy of The Little Prince –

It’s been far too many years since I’ve read it. I’m leaving my copy out on my desk, and hope to revisit it soon.
He died on Harry Potter’s birthday. I never knew. I have my French copy of the book on the shelf next to me, but the English version is lost somewhere in the house. We’re opposites today.
