Sorry folks! I think this is the first time since I started doing Tarot Tuesday posts three years ago that I’ve missed a week. Usually I draw the cards Sunday night/Monday morning, put the post together over the course of the day Monday, then fine tune it Tuesday morning just before I hit “Publish.” However, the past few days have been especially hectic, partly because of the appearance of a lost kitty literally at our doorstep, and partly for other reasons. So here I am Tuesday morning, looking at my blank post template and drawing a blank.
However, I will share with you the message I got today for my personal daily card draw –
Queen of Swords
Cold hard truth. You’re getting caught up in emotions and speculation, so it’s no wonder you can’t make a decision. Sometimes you need to take a step back to gain some perspective. Try the “just the facts ma’am” approach – look at the situation from a practical, factual point of view, and see if the answer, as unappealing as it might be, appears. When this card shows up, I ask myself, “WWSD (what would Scully do?)” and remind myself that “Sometimes looking for extreme possibilities makes you blind to the probable explanation right in front of you.”
Yeah, totally makes sense for me right now – thanks for the reality check, cards! 😜
Bright blessings to you in the week ahead!
Thanks for stopping by!

You are completely awesome to have kept such a regular schedule for slow long…especially through the health sagas this past year or so- Lumpy, Leaky and Shakey. Time to cut yourself a little slack. But will always look forward to a new post.
