I originally wrote this almost two years ago, and since the anniversary of her birth is coming up, I thought it would be a good time for revisiting Remembering Margot Adler.
*~*~*~*~*
After I discovered Wicca through Scott Cunningham‘s books back in the early 90s, I expanded my quest for witchy knowledge, and bought (along with Uncle Bucky’s Big Blue Book), Margot Adler’s Drawing Down the Moon. While Cunningham had an easily accessible way of connecting with the reader, Adler came across (to me, anyway) as a wise woman writing a history book of the Craft. After flipping through my paperback (copyright 1986 – yikes!), I’ve gained a fresh appreciation for her work, and plan to reread it sometime in the very near future.
In honor of her upcoming birthday on the 16th (she would turned seventy-one this year), I created this visual quote. I used the full moon picture I took on April 4th, 2015 as the background.
Happy birthday, Margot Adler!
Revisiting Remembering Margot Adler. First, this is not a passive voice. Next, I am writing in an active voice. Therefore, my SEO will stop telling me how to write. Furthermore, these sentences are also shorter than twenty words. Rather, stop being so controlling. Especially since most of the sentences in this post are not mine. I will keep going while until you turn green. Revisiting Remembering Margot Adler. I can’t believe this is still orange. Finally, it has turned. Success! First, this is not a passive voice.
