Because saying, Four Funky Cardinal Captures Times Three is much more fun than just saying, “Twelve Cardinal pictures I goofed around with.” 😊

I was actually going to give these funky edits a rest this week – I’d written a post for the Power House Creatives contest earlier today, and figured it maybe people might be getting bored of my silliness with this series. You know, in a too much of a good thing, how can I miss you if you won’t go away kind of way.

Then I scrolled through my Cardinal post looking for something else, and spotted this guy’s face…

How could I pass up the chance to edit out the background (using, as per usual, LunaPic) so I could play around with different free backgrounds on Canva? Spoiler alert – I couldn’t.

But first things first – let’s make the Funky Edit subject change “official”…

As I’ve mentioned before, I couldn’t find a comparable “passing the torch” image on Canva, so I got that particular background from StockSnap over at Pixabay
