Happy Tarot Tuesday, everyone! It’s time for another one of my Tarot Tuesday readings – this one is for the week of April 2 2019.
Quick shout out before we get started – for more Tarot awesomeness & other cartomancy coolness, be sure to check out the @steemittarot account. While you do have to be a member of Steemit to comment and/or upvote, you don’t need to join to read the posts. And because Steem is back on the rise, we’re getting lots of people participating again!
Speaking of Steem, the hash tag #SteemBloPoMo in the title of this post refers to a challenge I’m doing this month – click HERE for more information.
Now, if this is the first time you’ve visited one of my Tarot posts, it goes something like this –
First, pick a card you are drawn to from the photo below. If more than one speaks to you, go ahead and pick that one too. You can even pick all three!
After you’ve decided on your card or cards, you scroll down the page for photo revealing the card faces, and your message for the upcoming week.
Oh, and don’t be worried if you don’t happen to see this on the exact day. The message will be ready and waiting for you whenever you get here. 😊
I also would like to point out…
Time to get started. Here’s a photo of the backs of the cards (and yes, it’s a new picture each week). Take a moment, then decide which one (or ones) speaks to you. Then scroll down to the bottom of the post for your message.
Now, to make sure you don’t see the card faces before you’ve made your choice, here’s a graphic to act as a bit of spoiler space prevention. With the New/Dark moon arriving on Friday (April 5th at 4:50 am EST – click HERE for your local time), I thought I’d use this Dark Moon Intention Spell graphic I created a couple years ago.
Now it’s time for your message. Here’s the front of the cards…
…and my interpretations for each are…
1. The Chariot
Find your middle ground. As Mr Miyagi said, “Better learn balance. Balance is key. Balance good, karate good. Everything good. Balance bad, better pack up, go home. Understand?” Think of the two horses in the card as being negative and positive emotions – if you focus solely on urging one ahead to win the race, you’ll soon be off-balance and your carriage will overturn. Keep a tight and balanced hold on your reins, harness your power, and gallop ahead to victory.
Tarot Tidbit: The Chariot was last seen, in the second position, less than a month ago on March 5th 2019.
2. The Emperor
Father of all creation. This is the fundamental father – disciplined, stable, and the protector of all those he cares for. It’s now time time to take charge of things – handle those responsibilities you’ve let slide, structure your time more efficiently, and put up boundaries with people/situations who aren’t giving you the respect you deserve. Remember, sometimes it’s good to be king.
Tarot Tidbit: After not appearing at all in my Tarot Tuesday readings, this is the fourth time The Emperor card has shown up since October of 2018, ALWAYS in the second position! It was seen most recently just two weeks ago on March 19th, 2019.
3. Four of Swords
Take a break. You’ve been “Go Speed Racer Go” for some time now, and it’s understandable that you’re running out of gas. Time to pull over to a rest stop, refuel, and just relax for a bit. You need a little time off your feet (physically and mentally), so you can get back on the road and not worry about breaking down. And yes, this is one of those scary looking cards that tends to get misinterpreted, but I personally call this the “chill out” card. *grin*
Tarot Tidbit: Four of Swords hasn’t been seen for well over a year and a half. The last time was in the first position on August 8th, 2017.
Brightest of blessings to you in the week ahead!
Thanks for stopping by!

Oh, if only I could pull over! However, I got some light fiction from the library today to shlock out my brain a bit.
Excellent alternative, Bee! Hope you enjoyed the brain book break!
