Welcome to Tarot Tuesday for the week of February 7 2017! My monthly free Tarot card readings were so popular, I decided to make them a weekly feature. If you want to catch the next one, be sure to follow my blog, stalk my Facebook, Twitter, or other social media (all my links are in the widget on the left). I shout out just about everywhere when I have a new post up.
For those wondering, I use my Universal Waite Smith Tarot Deck to draw the cards, but since it’s so well loved (I’ve owned it for a bazillion years), I then substitute my Radiant Deck for the photographs. Also, while it probably doesn’t need to be said, I’m saying it anyway – this is for fun, and my messages should never be a substitute for your own good judgement and common sense. In fact, that applies to most things in life – if your gut tells you it’s not right, always listen.
Oh, and since so many people have asked – yes, it’s absolutely okay (and wicked awesome!) to share this post! I have “Share this” buttons at the bottom of all my posts, and you’re welcome to retweet, pin, or otherwise share this link to your social media of choice.
Now, on to the reading! Here’s a picture of the three I drew for today. Pick the card (or cards) that you’re drawn to, then scroll down to the bottom of this post for the card reveal and my short interpretation of what to expect in the upcoming week.
Okay, you’ve picked your card, right?

This!
1. Queen of Wands
Time for center stage. You have a special talent. Now it’s time to celebrate it! Get that spotlight ready, and show the world what you have to offer. Stop imagining what it would be like to create that petition, write that book, or take that personal leap of faith – do it! You need to grab that passion of yours with both hands and let the world hear you roar!
2. Justice
Time for some balance. You’re out of whack. You’re spending too much time on one side of the scale – lots of thinking, but little doing; focusing on spiritual, but not physical; loads of time for work but nothing for play. It’s time to bring things back into balance. It might not be easy to take action, get exercising, or pass up some overtime – however it is what’s needed.
3. The Hierophant
The Mystic. When you’re in the middle of a crisis, and you feel like you’re all alone, this card is a reminder that all of your ancestors, your community, your family (blood or chosen) are still there with you, even if you can’t see or feel them. I like to think of this as the Mr. Miyagi card – someone who steps in and teaches you the knowledge you need to stop the bullies. Sometimes though, this card shows up for me when I get a little too wrapped up in the “right” and traditional way of doing something. It means I need to remember to honor the spirit of the ritual, and not sweat the details.

So, what did you think of your message? Please be sure to shout out in the comment section, and let me know what you thought. And, as is the case with all my posts, if you enjoyed it, please feel free to share. Bright blessings!
Spot on!! I chose number 1 and last night I confirmed the date for an event I’ve been thinking of doing! I did it!! 🙂
WIcked awesome, Shelley! Congratulations!
I picked number three. Same card showed up in my weekly forecast reading, to remind me that I sometimes need to work within the structures to get things done, and there is a procedure in place. The Hierophant speaks to me of teachers and mentors, very applicable to my current journey in academia!
Excellent, Tessara! Thanks for shouting out, and bright blessing to you!
