Waning Gibbous Moon from February 22 2019 (#SteemBloPoMo Day 12)

Happy Friday, everyone and welcome to my #SteemBloPoMo Day 12 post!

Yesterday, I was browsing through some of my photos from February (which didn’t take very long, seeings as my shutterbugging slowed way down over the winter, but I digress…), and I discovered a couple dozen moon photos that I’d never even looked at after snapping.

Thanks to the magic of the interwebz, I discovered that on this particular day (the 22nd), the moon was in its Waning Gibbous phase.

Thanks to my brain working properly today (for the most part), I also remember our youngest told me how gorgeous the moon looked as it was rising behind the trees, and as it was a warm-ish kind of evening (somewhere around 43F/6C, according to AccuWeather), I hustled outside with my camera and tripod.

I decided not to caption them, other than numbers, and they’re in the order I took them. Oh, and according to file info they were taken at two different times – the first eight were around 10pm, and the rest were around 1:30am. Hope you enjoy!
