Wayback Warmerdays Wednesday Walk from July 25th 2016

Another week of the New England witches being more focused on sending good juju to the Patriots than keeping the winter weather under control (KIDDING! Everyone knows the weather is too stubborn to be controlled…lol!) means another Wayback Warmerdays Wednesday Walk for today’s walk challenge. This bunch from my photo archives was taken during much warmer weather and in honor of the recent Super Blood Wolf Moon in Leo Eclipse, I decided to pick a summer day in late July.

Our landlords spoil us with flowers – these were planted by our front porch by our landlady.

Not too far away from the silly chipmunk was this little guy

I spotted this pair of young Purple Finches hanging out at the feeders…

…and a short time later, this pair of squirrels showed up for a lunch date

The view below – oh, and if you look closely, you’ll see that the green leaves aren’t actually full of holes. Those are brown spots, not the brown of the leaves below.

I’ve posted pictures of the Ghost Flowers in the woods behind our house before – they typically look like wicked cool translucent white roses. However, once they’ve dried out, they look like wicked cool black roses – at least, I think so. 😊
