Happy Tarot Tuesday again, folks! It’s time for another one of my Tarot Tuesday readings – this one is for the week of March 12 2019. Before I get started though, I wanted to take a moment and apologize to everyone who entered into my Steem raffle a couple of weeks back – I did the drawing, screencapped the winners, and set up a draft of my winners announcement post.
Then…
I completely forgot about it! Hey, is Mercury in Retrograde or something? 😂
At any rate, I plan to have that post up, and the winnings distributed, by tomorrow at the latest.
Now, on to the reading! In case this is the first time you’ve visited one of my Tarot posts, this is how it goes –
First, pick a card you are drawn to from the photo below. If more than one speaks to you, go ahead and pick that one too. You can even pick all three!
After you’ve decided on your card or cards, you scroll down the page for photo revealing the card faces, and your message for the upcoming week.
Oh, and don’t be worried if you don’t happen to see this on the exact day. The message will be ready and waiting for you whenever you get here. 😊
I also would like to mention…
Now, let’s get started. Here’s a photo of the backs of the cards (and yes, I take a new picture every week). Take a moment to decide which one (or ones) speak to you. When you’re ready, then go ahead and make your choice.
Next, to make sure you don’t accidentally see the card faces before you’ve made your choice, here’s a graphic I created for a post in 2017, that I’m using as a spoiler space prevention kind of thing. I choose this particular one in honor of the beginning of that phenomena we all love to hate – Daylight Savings Time. I thought a quote about light would ease the sting of losing an hour’s sleep this past Sunday…
Now it’s time for your message. Here’s the front of the cards…
…and here are my interpretations for each…
1. Three of Pentacles
Job well done! All your training, practicing, and hard work is paying off. You have that thing that you can do better than anyone else, and you’re starting to get noticed for it. You may find people want to buy your stuff, consult with your expertise, or they might even make you an offer you can’t refuse. It may also mean that while you have talent, you’ll go further if you enlist the help of others – either collaborating on a project, getting funding from an outside source, or just encouraging and giving support to people doing similar things. Remember, “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work.”
Tarot Tidbit: The Three of Pentacles hasn’t been seen since spring of last year – specifically on May 29th, 2018, where it was in the second position.
2. Seven of Pentacles
Just a little patience. You’re frustrated. You’ve spent a great deal of time and energy on a project/lifestyle change/person, and haven’t seen any results yet. You’ve planted the seed, watered it, given it fertilizer. Now comes the hard part – waiting. Be patient and let the earth, sun, and time do their growing thing, and you’ll see results soon enough. Take a tip from Axel, who said, “All we need is just a little patience.”
Tarot Tidbit: The Seven of Pentacles, after not making an appearance since July 4th, 2017, has now shown up three times this year so far. The most recent was exactly a month ago, on February 12th, 2019, but it was in the third position, not second.
3. King of Swords
Cut to the chase. You’re smart. No one knows more about this situation, and how to fix it, than yourself. You know what the solution is, and you’re just the person to make it work. One caution – while you’re right to feel proud of what you’re about to accomplish, make sure you don’t accidentally step on any toes. Don’t fall for the classic blunder of being like Vizzini, instead, ask yourself, “WWWD (What Would Westley Do?)” Soon enough, you’ll have everything, “as you wish.”
Tarot Tidbit: The King of Swords was last seen, also in the third position, last fall on November 27th, 2018.
Brightest of blessings to you in the week ahead!
Thanks for stopping by!
